On Wednesday evening, I left the audience with this one line…

You deserve to feel good.

Say that out loud, in the mirror, or just to yourself daily. Believe that you deserve to feel good. You deserve vitality, energy, and longevity! You deserve cellular and metabolic health. You deserve good sleep, and you deserve to love the body staring back at you in the mirror. You deserve to have mental clarity. You deserve to heal and feel good. The overarching teaching of the book all goes back to feeling good: mind, body, and spirit, and that’s what I want to come across to every reader. This is what I prayed over my readers hundreds of times!

I hope you’ll understand what it means to embody The Feel-Good Way after following along with the prayers, movement, hydration, and food for a few days. Then you won’t wonder how I can be a full-time mom of four, traveling most weekends and working all week… because you’ll completely understand what it feels like to take control of your body.

One thing I did mention was that it’s hard to believe we are given these bodies with millions of mechanisms, genetic predispositions, and no guidance on how to care for them. I want to continue teaching this part in my membership, like I already do. Once you understand that symptoms are your body screaming at you for help and there are causes to the symptoms, then you become the expert of YOU, you become the advocate for YOU… you become more intuitive on how to feel good. I am honored to have such a place in your life.
