Root Cause Reset
Why Cell Health, Inflammation & Nervous System Regulation Are the Real Game Changers
Health issues and symptoms come in all shapes and forms. In our member call this week, we talked about how we’re so used to treating infections or health issues with the same thing every time, even when it becomes chronic or recurring. Rather than addressing the cause of the pain, symptom, or infection, we treat the symptom itself. It’s time to open our eyes to root cause healing and regulating the nervous system simultaneously. The biggest shift I've ever seen in anyone's health is focusing on cell health in combination with inflammation, as well as regulating the nervous system. The triple threat: cell health, inflammation, and the nervous system, and never fear health challenges again.
The tricky part is that it’s different for everyone to reach this point, as it’s essential to understand the stressors (internal or external) that lead to the issues in the first place. Not only that, but we all have a different capacity that we can offer to our healing process. I have a daily capacity of about 30-45 minutes, which I set aside for my health. This could be a workout, sauna, or bath, but I can’t do it all in one day! So, we have to be honest with ourselves about how badly we want to heal versus how much time we have to devote to healing. In our next member call this month, I’ll reveal one of the greatest biohacks we all have available to us! I can’t wait to share more on that.
These last few days, I’ve been super focused on hormones again because I’m about to run another amazing perimenopause and menopause group. We had some incredible transformations in the first round, and I’m excited to support my community this way!
If any of the symptoms in the graphic below resonate with you, I’d love for you to join us! Spots are limited, and the group is almost full! You can find out more info HERE.
Weight isn’t just weight. It’s often not even a reflection of what you’re eating, but how you’re eating it. It can sometimes even be a reflection of not being able to handle more stress. Sometimes it’s because cortisol isn’t managed well, and it’s all about troubleshooting the body. It’s like unplugging the body, allowing it to reset, then plugging it back in again. These years should be more predictable, and it didn’t come on all of a sudden. There were signs; the body sent signals, but we didn’t address them. It’s never too late to turn things around!
Healing isn’t about doing everything—it’s about doing the right things for your body, at the pace and capacity that feels sustainable for you. The journey to true wellness is layered, but when you begin addressing the root causes, supporting your nervous system, and prioritizing cellular health, real transformation happens. It’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, patience, and listening to what your body has been trying to tell you all along. You don’t have to navigate it alone—our community is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
